Ministries
We are very proud of the ministries that God has blessed us with. For a small church, we really have a lot of options for people to be active in either learning, growing, or ministering to others. Click on a ministry to learn more about it, or just scroll down and see all we have to offer!

| Worship |
|
| Through the use of music, drama, and visual arts, our Worship Ministry’s vision is to create an environment where we can praise and worship God and receive what He has for us. Many churches may say the same thing, but we are very purposeful in the way that we go about this process. We believe that Jesus Christ is our literal “Boss,” and that if we listen to Him, His plans will always be superior to our own. As a worship minister, my goal is to listen to, and then follow the Lord allowing Him to design our worship plan. The Worship Team is committed to literally worship our Father while we are leading, believing that others will follow us as we follow Christ. |
| Our music and style of worship is primarily contemporary. We also reach back into the rich heritage of our Christian faith for hymns and other tools in order to deepen our time with the Lord. We are intentional about leading in participative worship in contrast to watching professionals play excellent worship music. Mostly guitar driven, we also sometimes have light drums or keyboard. We are always looking for new talent! Our weekly rehearsals provide us with a great time to prepare ourselves both musically and spiritually. One of the unique things that God gives us every week is a “focus song” that emphasizes a certain truth or concept that He wants our team or Flock to focus on. I blog about it every week, so if you are interested, you can read all about it!

| Youth Group |
|
| CrossLand Youth’s vision is simple: teach each and every student in our care to love God, love others and make disciples. We pursue these goals through a small group setting, where we interact relationally, worship together, learn from God’s word and share with each other. We desire to see each student Encounter God, Experience an ongoing relationship with him, learn to Edify each other through their gifts and talents, become Equipped for works of service and Evangelize their world by sharing the reality of Christ in their lives.
